Web Accessibility
All officially published University web assets are required by policy to meet or exceed Level AA accessibility as defined by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities, and user friendly for everyone. The Center for Information Technology Services is tasked with ensuring sites meet the standard and assisting content creators during the development process. Accessible Technology Tools
The Technology Accessibility Working Group has identified accessible computer hardware, software, peripherals and furnishing for use all campuses. Tools such as alternative input devices, screen readers and articulating desks assists people with visual, cognitive/learning, speech, motor and other disabilities.
